New Reservation & Check-in Policy: Starting December 1st, please note that same-day reservations must be made by 4:00 PM, and check-in must occur by 8:00 PM. After 8:00 PM, our front desk will be closed, but our dedicated house staff will be on hand to assist guests already checked in, ensuring your stay is comfortable and seamless.

Renovation Schedule & Updates: To continue providing an exceptional experience, we’re embarking on the first phase of exciting renovations to refresh and elevate our property. During this time, we’ll be temporarily closed for arrivals Sunday through Wednesday, creating blackout dates during these days. However, we’ll continue to welcome guests Wednesday through Saturday, with check-out on Sundays.

How This Affects Your Stay: If you already have a reservation prior to December 1, 2024, that includes Sunday through Wednesday, you’re all set—there will be no impact on your stay!

We’re thrilled about this next chapter and can’t wait to share the new look and feel of The Biltmore Greensboro with you. We’re committed to making your experience unforgettable, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to make this hotel even better for future guests. Santa at The Biltmore will still be occurring throughout the renovation and holiday season. Brunch with Santa at The Biltmore Greensboro will be our final event on Sunday, December 22nd, so get your tickets today!

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to rooms that cancel with in the “Cancellation Policy”. Even once checked in guest may be granted a refund for unused nights, should the guest notify the front desk by noon the day before the guest wishes to checkout. All refunds will be issues by The Biltmore Greensboro Hotel in 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

Guests who are unable to keep their reservation should contact the hotel by noon the day prior to arrival to cancel their reservation with no penalty. In case of no-show or late cancellation, guests will be charged 100 percent of the room charge for all nights reserved.
